Members from the Hastings fire department withstood the excessive heat and stepped off without our dress jackets for the Mamaroneck parade last night. Just making it to the finish before all the wind, rain and lightning rolled in, and thankfully cooled things down.

Uniontown Hose Co. No. 2 with their 2004 Seagrave Engine attended and looked excellent as always. 10 members total, 7 of us marching, ironed out the kinks after a long hiatus from parades.

We will await the results/trophies from Mamaroneck due to the weather that disrupted the after party. Regardless, we stuck it out and looked good doing it.

Thomas Gunther could not make it in time to march but was able to snap some great photos as we passed by. Thank you.

Thank you to all who attended and great job! We will be back at it, September 18th at the Westchester county volunteer firemen's association parade and convention in Ossining,New York.
