Early morning training was conducted today by members of Hastings FD along with Irvington FD at the Irvington Reservoir off of Harriman Road in Irvington today. Members practiced their ice rescue skills, and self rescue skills, tried different rescue operations with Irvington who does things just slightly different. All with the same plan and outcome in the end.

Remember that no ice is safe ice and always be cautious when go onto ice over a body of water.
