This past Friday, members of the Hastings-on-Hudson Fire Department, along with Engine 44 and Ladder 22, participated in the annual Pleasantville Fire Department Parade. 10 members marched on the street, with others driving and riding in the apparatus.

The department came home with two trophies: Best Fire Department Color Guard Under 15 Members and Best Appearing Department Under 15 Members. Our band for the evening, the Dixie Dandies, also won a trophy for 2nd Best Senior Music Unit.

Although the rain came down hard before parade step-off, it was an enjoyable evening!
